Scarlet came the same way, drawn by something she couldn’t name, now wrapped in velvet she doesn’t quite want to leave.

Emberline came to drive a stake through the heart of it all.
Vesper Thorn found a different use for hers.

Beyond the cathedral walls, the Pale Marquess rides through a territory that doesn’t yet know it belongs to Raven.

The Baroness would object, if she still could.
